. Create a revision timetable for your mock

a. Ensure your timetable includes as many breaks
as possible, e.g. a 5 minute break every 30 minutes

study very small sub-topics (bitesize) often during these session, for instance
reviewing your key concepts for Substance abuse or reviewing mind maps on key

revision, not just reading, but making active notes, creating flash cards,
planning essays, answering short mark questions or evaluating paragraphs.
d. Exam practice in timed conditions.
